When Amy is on site, she is often out of the office—out in the community.  The board recommends that you submit your work requests via e-mail, being sure to include your full contact information on every e-mail: name, address, telephone number (numbers if applicable). If you submit a work request electronically, of course, you do not have to use the work order form. The property manager will respond to e-mail service requests via e-mail.
